The WVCBA, through a partnership with the American World Trade Chamber of Commerce, offers electronically chamber-stamped Certificates of Origin and export-related documents.

Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)
SCORE is a non-profit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow, and succeed. SCORE volunteers offer free or low-cost mentoring, counseling, and training for entrepreneurs. The Ventura County Chapter is based in Oxnard.
